Richard Sipley is a minister with The Christian & Missionary Alliance and an Associate Evangelist with The Canadian Revival Fellowship. He has been licensed with the C&MA since 1947. Mr. Sipley has been a pastor 29 years in the US and 29 in Canada. During that time he has ministered widely as an evangelist and conference and retreat speaker. Mr. Sipley has had a broad ministry in the revival movement in Canada. He has authored a number of books. Rev. Sipley has preached in 13 countries of the world, speaking on many C&MA mission fields and some others. At the present he lives in Tallmadge, OH and is involved in helping to bring revival to pastors and church leaders.
